All footwear collections and editorial releases are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, decline transactions, or cancel orders placed with erroneous pricing or inventory discrepancies. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.
Every STRIDE silhouette is crafted using premium leathers, custom hardware, and bespoke artisanal finishes. Natural variations in leather grain, texture, and dye saturation are intrinsic characteristics of handcrafted luxury footwear and do not constitute manufacturing flaws.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import tariffs, and local brokerage fees upon arrival in the destination country. STRIDE is not liable for international customs delays or unpaid clearance fees.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the footwear is completely unworn, unaltered, and packaged in its original shoe box with all protective dust bags and tags intact. Soles must be free of marks, scratches, or wear.
All creative assets, typography, 3D presentations, product photography, and architectural footwear designs featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of STRIDE Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and trade laws, without regard to conflicts of legal principles.
