SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the US, and 7-14 business days for international orders.
Complimentary express shipping is provided for all orders over $500. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal or contact our client services team. A return shipping fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot process direct exchanges at this time.
